Senior Living we believe Halloween is a perfect time to build up our team and encourage workplace camaraderie. It helps create traditions, provides opportunities for intergenerational fun, and builds positive morale within the team. Plus, it’s a great holiday to let the team break loose and plan some seasonal fun!
This year, our team will be hosting a “Family Trick or Treat” night, where residents and staff will bring their families to enjoy trick-or-treating, pumpkin painting, crafts, and fun themed snacks. We are so excited to see all the fun costumes!

Traditions like this are important because they bring together our staff, our residents, and our families together, creating a community camaraderie like no other.
Celebrating Halloween at work can be a great opportunity to have fun while team building and improving company culture. As the Business Office Director, I love having these built-in opportunities to have fun and grow together as a team!
Carriage Court Senior Living serves and employs individuals of all faiths, regardless of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age or handicap, except as limited by state and federal law.
