As the Executive Director, I make it a priority to promote employee appreciation. I consistently take time to recognize our hard-working team members. Every week, I find different ways to acknowledge their efforts, whether as a group or individually. We host fun events with residents, offer special treats, or provide self-care bags. There’s always a reason to celebrate our dedicated team members!
We believe when done right, making work a fun place creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work, which in turn makes us a great place to live.
