Managing stress and anxiety involves activities like exercise, maintaining a proper sleep schedule, practicing meditation, adopting healthy eating habits, and incorporating deep breathing exercises. These practices safeguard against the negative impacts of stress and anxiety on both physical and mental health as one ages.

  • insufficient education on healthy lifestyles
